Foreign TV channels are not feeling very welcome in China at the moment. Regulators have announced plans to forbid any new foreign-owned TV channels from entering the country. In 2003, the company applied for a limited broadcasting license. But now, the possibility of that being granted seems impossible. [Xinhua Online]
