"The Producers" is coming to the Big Apple. Director Mel Brooks announced
plans to shoot his movie in New York City following an announcement by the city's
Mayor Michael Bloomberg, of the Empire State Film Production Tax Credit. A
10 percent tax credit will be allotted for production costs for films, TV
