Dixon's, a major British electronics retailer, may be signaling the beggining
of the end for VCRs. The store will no longer carry VCRs and the increasingly

A report in Britain warned that once the country switches entirely from
analog to digital TV (estimated in 2012), the government will have to spend
approximately 400 pounds to teach vulnerable members of society how to use it. An
independent panel suggested that community groups be recruited to help the

CNN has named Jonathan Klein, the former No. 2 executive at CBS News,
president of the company's domestic network. With this appointment, the net hopes to

Britain was the big winner at this Monday's International Emmy Awards. Six
out of seven of the awards were bestowed upon English series, including programs

Colin Farrell and a powerful cast, opens today to not-so-great reviews. [Google

"Korea's IT" is a 9-minute promotional film highlighting Korea as a country
of hi-tech innovations and rich traditions. The film, which was screened for
the first time in Seoul on Monday, is meant to take the attention off of North
