Time Warner, the world's largest media company, took a dip in third quarter
earnings this year. The company, whose earnings slid eight percent, also said
it will restate its earnings for AOL Europe prior to 2002, as a result of

A Canadian woman filed a lawsuit against her employer for taunting her with
the nickname "Kemosabe," which she deemed racist. A ruling by the

Court of Appeals has ruled that the nickname, given to Lone Ranger by his
friend Tonto in the 1950s TV western "The Lone Ranger", is not a racist
term.
